Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date.
